WCC executed an interior renovation program, transforming these untouched 1970s apartment units to modern spaces. Structural framing repairs were performed in 66 units throughout the property. Water saving improvements were performed property wide. Clubhouse restrooms and parking lots were renovated to provide ADA compliance. WCC also completed playground and dog park renovations.
