WCC successfully completed an interior renovation program at Azalea Hill Apartments to compete with newer vintage properties in the Greenville, SC market. These renovations included updated cabinetry and countertops, appliances, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, vinyl plank flooring throughout, hardware, painting, and deferred maintenance.
In addition, WCC completed exterior siding repairs, staircase & sidewalk lender repairs, and trim replacement.
